5 Top tips for renovating or building from The Block's Ben & Andy

1. Be organised from the get go 2. Find a Builder that knows what they are doing (That's where we come in!) 3. Only go into a reno or build with someone that you really get along with as friendships/relationships will be tested 4. RESEARCH! Have a design plan & know what you want before you get into it 5. Have fun with your project!
